About Bramble Creek flower farm

I started my journey with flowers in 2001 and in 2003, I took design courses at the Floral Design Institute in NW Portland. After completing the program, I worked in flower shops as extra help for the holidays, until I started doing weddings and events on the side. I started doing flowers full time in 2005, when I got the job as the floral buyer/specialist at Whole Foods Market and remained there for 15 years, until I left my full time job to be home with our daughter while she was young. I was lucky that it gave me the time and space I needed to figure out which direction I wanted to go. After a lot of soul searching and finally having the nerve, I tried my hand at flower farming. That's what lead me to where I am now and I'm excited for this new path in the flower world.
